About Atacama Lithium

Altacama Lithium PLC is an Irish-based holding company with subsidiaries in Chile, Germany and the Netherlands. Our main corporate purpose is the development of the Maricunga project for lithium carbonate production on the Salar de Maricung in the Chilean province of Atacama.

The Company has been registered under No. 741418 with the Companies Registration Office in Dublin since 17 of May 2023 and the authorised capital of the Company is €1,200,000. The Company is currently represented by two executive Managing Directors.
